This research study focuses on the use of tools for well X05-NC169a in (X field) Libya. Tools such as reservoir saturation tool and repeat formation used this study. F3-Sand Stone is main has a gross thickness ranging from 130 to 187 feet. The aim identify type fluid determine contacts F3 - Sand Reservoir. was based petro-physical evaluation by using log data (Gamma Ray Log, Resistivity Neutron Log Density Log). Techlog software analyze data, while Surfer mapping. results indicate that it hydrocarbon water column. Apart combining tests ( RFT RST) define fluids type. changed when level decreased. most dominant Hydrocarbon reservoir, according RFT, RST, Petro-physics predominantly two phases. Zones gas oil.
